Key Service Ltd does not supply international orders, only orders for New Zealand delivery address’s will be processed.

All products are supplied in good faith bearing the well known quality of our branded products. Consumable items such as Foils, Cutters, Blades, and Toothbrush Head Refills etc are warranted for manufacture defects only. Wear and Tear, Bluntening or Breakages are not covered by warranty on such consumable items. Manufacturing defects (in the small cases that they occur) are normally apparent upon the first few uses.
All other products are complete with the warranty indicated in their description. All NZ laws and rights you have as a Consumer in New Zealand are strictly adhered to and none of the above is intended to mislead or contravene such rights.
If you have a faulty product (within the warranty period or not) simply return it to us with your details, a detailed fault description (and proof of purchase if it is within the warranty period) and we will get back to you with a solution to the problem in due course.
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase and the quality of the goods received, if however you do need to return something to us please keep it in the same condition you received it in (clean, unopened retail packaging etc) and contact us to discuss the matter, we will advise the best course of action given the particular circumstances of your query. .
